The Healthcare & Nursing Workforce Initiative is being developed to help nursing students, graduates, repeat test-takers, healthcare professionals and educational institutions strengthen the knowledge, confidence, instructional systems and support structures necessary for success.

Programs may be delivered virtually, in person, through small-group cohorts or with colleges, nursing schools, healthcare organizations, foundations and workforce agencies.

Learner support

  • Nursing-content tutoring
  • NCLEX and Next Generation NCLEX preparation
  • Intensive boot camps and individualized remediation
  • Clinical judgment, prioritization and delegation
  • Pharmacology, dosage calculation and test-taking strategies

Institutional support

  • Faculty-development workshops
  • Curriculum and assessment consultation
  • Student-risk identification
  • Licensure-outcome improvement planning

Institutional partnerships

Colleges and nursing programs may engage The Gift Ministries for supplemental tutoring, NCLEX preparation, remediation, faculty development and cohort-specific support. Services strengthen—not replace—the work of faculty and institutional support teams.

Funding opportunity

Foundation, corporate and philanthropic support can sponsor participants, complete cohorts, technology, learning materials and support for underserved healthcare candidates.
