Governance
The Board of Directors provides independent fiduciary oversight, strategy, financial stewardship, CEO oversight and risk governance.
Executive Leadership
The Chief Executive Officer leads enterprise operations within the governance framework established by the Board.
Functional Leadership
Technology, administration, programs and ministry functions operate within clearly defined reporting relationships designed to support accountability and organizational effectiveness.
Leadership roles, governance responsibilities, and organizational relationships are maintained in accordance with The Gift Ministries’ approved governance documents.
